Lost your license? Need to renew your license? No problem – we can help you. Come to our Motor Vehicle Center at 4733 E Broadway @ Swan and we will issue you a driver license within a few minutes.
Please note: We issue temporary credentials (with photo) and your permanent credential will be mailed to you within 15 business days.

Whether it’s because you lost your license, need to update your photo, change your address, we can help. It’s easy and takes just a few minutes! If you lost your license, bring some ID just in case your photo is not in our computer. If you’re changing your name, you will need to change your name with Social Security first and bring in your original marriage license, divorce decree or court name change document.
In Arizona, driver licenses expire on your 65th birthday. To renew, simply come in before your expiration date and fill out an application. It only take a few minutes. We will test your eyes, so be sure to bring your glasses. No road test or written test is required. Bring your current license just in case your photo is not in our data base.
